John has lived in Southwest Florida for the past 40 years and has been a General Contractor for over 20 years. With formal training as an architectural designer, John has designed, built, and managed many projects within SW Florida, with notable projects such as Bayfront of Naples (bayfrontnaples.com).

Brad is originally from Northern Indiana and has been a resident of Florida for the past 7 years. He joins Caribbean Custom Homes as a project coordinator and brings his passion for customer service and job management to the team. Brad also specializes in I.T. and holds a commercial pilot’s license.

Lynn joins the team as a Project Coordinator, specializing in aesthetics and interior design. Much of her career has been spent in key roles within the high-end, luxury retail space where she developed a keen eye for pairing beautiful things together. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and volunteers with different animal rescue organizations.
